Terms of use
Last updated: 7 October 2026
By installing or using BluePIN (the app and the bluepin.club portal) you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use BluePIN.
1. What BluePIN is
BluePIN is a player. It does not sell, provide, host, link to, index or recommend any audiovisual content, and it includes no playlists, channels or films. The app only plays what you set up, from servers that are not ours. The only exception is a small freely licensed demo, described at the end of this page.
hackesp LLC has no relationship with anyone who offers playlists or content services. Nobody is authorised to present themselves as a partner, distributor or "official" provider of BluePIN in order to offer content.
2. Who may use it
You must be of legal age or have the consent of your parents or guardians. If you use BluePIN on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you may accept these terms on its behalf, and they bind it.
3. Legal content only
You may only use BluePIN with content you have the right to watch:
- your own servers and content, such as your cameras, your video recorder or your media server;
- services you have legally subscribed to from whoever holds the rights to what they broadcast;
- public domain content or content under a licence that allows you to watch it.
Showing content to the public (in a bar, hotel, gym or any venue open to the public) also requires the applicable public performance licences. Obtaining them is your responsibility.
4. Prohibited uses
It is strictly forbidden to use BluePIN to:
- watch, load or share any content without authorisation from its rights holders. This includes "pirate" playlists, any content restreamed without a licence, and any service that does not hold the rights to what it offers;
- restream, record for distribution or make available to others what you play;
- circumvent encryption, copy protection, or geographic or access restrictions;
- circumvent the blocks we apply, for example by changing the address of a blocked server or registering new devices to keep using a blocked one;
- modify, decompile or redistribute the app to remove its protections or blocks;
- distribute, resell or share playlists or access with third parties, including your own;
- any illegal content, especially any child sexual abuse material;
- attack, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the portal or its systems.
We give no support, help or recommendations about where to obtain playlists, and we do not answer questions about services that do not hold the rights to what they broadcast.
5. Sellers, installers and use of the brand
Without our written permission, it is forbidden to:
- sell, rent or give away devices with BluePIN already set up with playlists or servers, or install it that way for others;
- use the BluePIN name, logo or screenshots to advertise or sell playlists, subscriptions or any content service;
- suggest that a content service works "with BluePIN" with our endorsement.
In such cases we may block the devices involved and take the appropriate legal action, including to protect our brand.
6. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the sources you set up in BluePIN and for what you watch with them. By sending a playlist you confirm that you have the right to watch its content. If you breach these terms, you will be liable for any resulting claims and will hold hackesp LLC harmless against them, including reasonable defence costs and legal fees, to the extent permitted by law.
7. What we do about misuse
Your playlists are encrypted and we do not see what you play, so we do not monitor how it is used. But if we become aware of misuse by other means (a notice from a rights holder, a request from an authority or otherwise), we may, without prior notice and without any right to compensation:
- permanently block portal access for a device or connection that is misusing it;
- block servers that have been reported or are notoriously unlawful, so that they cannot be sent from our website and, through updates, cannot be used in the app either;
- stop providing the service to anyone who breaches these terms, and in any case to repeat infringers;
- keep the technical data of a blocked device (its code, dates and connection addresses) for as long as needed to handle claims or proceedings;
- report it to the competent authorities and cooperate with them when the law requires it, especially regarding any indication of child sexual abuse material.
8. Infringement notices
If you are a rights holder, their representative or an authority, and you believe BluePIN is being used to infringe rights, or that something on our website or in the demo infringes them, use the infringement notice form or write to hello@bluepin.club. Please include:
- the work or rights affected and your contact details;
- the use you are reporting and any data you have to identify it (the server, links or evidence), and any reports or documents showing the unlawful use, which you can attach to the form;
- a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised, and that the information is accurate and you act as the rights holder or on their behalf.
We will block the server name provided to prevent further attempts to use that unlawful provider on our systems. We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and act promptly. If your device or one of your servers is blocked and you believe it is a mistake, you may reply to the same email with your explanation and we will review it. Anyone who sends false or bad-faith notices will be liable for the damage they cause.
9. No warranty and limitation of liability
BluePIN is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it works with every server or that it is always available. To the extent permitted by law, hackesp LLC is not liable for indirect damages or for third-party content you play, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for BluePIN in the previous twelve months or, if you paid nothing, to 50 US dollars.
10. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; we will publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is significant, announce it in the app. If you keep using BluePIN afterwards, you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States), and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Albuquerque, New Mexico, regardless of where you live or where you use BluePIN from. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in force.
Demo content and credits
